We had an amazing time at this hotel with its park-like setting, nestled in the heart of nature equally to the mountain. The facilities were outstanding, including the whirlpool indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of options. The staff was fantastic, providing friendly and attentive service. We also loved the ample parking and easy transportation to this city!

The hotel is close to Seerosenteich and the food served was exceptional.

Located walking distance to Touriseum. We liked the beautiful view. Room met every demand. The location was near everything we wanted to do.

The garden area with the outdoor pool is relaxing and 5-star quality. The breakfast is delicious. The personnel are friendly and attentive, making me feel at home. There are excellent body & soul activities such as yoga, pilates, and meditation classes. The varied cuisine caters to vegetarians. There are both outdoor and indoor pools.

Had an amazing New Year celebration at a hotel in South Tyrolia with my family. the hotel facilities were stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens and clean pools. We stayed in a spacious room with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the mountains. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any query. They even organized a skiing trip for us, which was great fun.

The menu was a tad bit limited, not offering much for those with a specific dietary requirement. the atmosphere was a bit bland and lacked warmth, almost like a retirement home.

I had an excellent experience at a hotel in a beautiful location, surrounded by nature. The comfort provided was outstanding, and the customer service was top-notch. The food, especially the pastry buffet in the afternoon, was absolutely delicious. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was evident, and I will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Amidst lush vegetation and tucked away between the hills, this hotel is surrounded by nature and offers an escape from city life. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with a charming rustic feel. the view of the mountains from the balconies is breathtaking. the wellness center is replete with all the facilities one could ask for, including an indoor pool, sauna, and spa. the breakfast spread is delicious, with a range of choices to suit one's preferences.

We spent a wonderful Christmas at this hotel. The spa facilities were fantastic, with a relaxing sauna and a heated indoor pool. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a lot of continental options. The hotel is located in a charming village with picturesque surroundings, close to the mountains and some stunning hiking trails. We also enjoyed the warmth of the cozy fireplace in the lounge area.

The rooms were a bit outdated and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times. , the gym was quite small and some of the equipment was missing.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a particular highlight, with a range of treatments on offer such as full body massages and facials. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also a luxurious addition. I felt truly pampered during my stay. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for enjoying the beautiful mountain views and soaking up the sun.

The communication with the staff was a minor issue as they mainly spoke German and Italian, with limited English. the location was slightly isolated and not easily accessible by car.
